The Origins to Female Pants

Ok, I just read an article in Cleo about how guy’s fashion have become girl’s fashion. I think it was in Cleo, I don’t really remember where I read it.

But anyway, I found the article to be very true. Think about it, every single clothes a guy can wear have been feminize and made it into girl’s fashion. Girls even have their own female boxers. BOXERS. We, girls have practically took over every single item a guy can wear and feminize it. But you can’t really blame girls for doing so. Because girls wearing guy’s style of clothes is very in now and surprisingly, some girls look better in them than guys. No offense to the males but it’s true.

Anyway, through that article, I found the reason to women wearing pants. I know it’s evil for me to think so but in a way, I’m glad it happened. I’m a pants lover and if I wear to wear a skirt or dress every single day, I most probably kill myself. But then again, if I was never exposed to pants, I won’t know what I’m missing.

Back to the story. Before, in the old (old, old, old, old) days, women only wear skirt or dresses every single day of their life while men dominated pants. But then, World War I happen (that’s why it’s bad that I’m in a way glad *looks down on the floor while fidgeting with fingers*) and the men were required to go to war. So, the women had to work at the factory and do all the hard labour. And while doing hard labour, you can’t really expect a female to wear skirts and dresses. So, that was when they were exposed to pants and the freedom to sit with your legs wide open. *laughs*

After that, the trend of wearing pants got more popular when Hollywood stars begin to wear pants in movies and on the red carpet. And thus, began the fashion for female to cross dress (?) as men.

Isn’t that just interesting? I never knew the fashion of women wearing pants began at such a way. I'm not sure if I managed to get all the facts or whatever right, since I'm typing all this based on memory. I'm too lazy to refer to the magazine.

To people who know me, I know what you’re thinking. You must be thinking, “God, she’s bored”. And guess what, you’re right. I am awfully bored.
