Reliving Childhood Memories

Stumbled upon this, If You're A 90's Kid and couldn't resist the need to reblog this. There were one or two things that I couldn't remember properly, but you can say that I had 99% of it down.

Reading it just made me missed how simple life was as a kid and how totally awesome it was back when I was younger. Adding to that, I stumbled upon a Addams Family video (courtesy of Hallie) and realised just how amazing the cartoons that were created back then. They just don't make cartoons like that anymore. We (our generation) rule!!

One Hell of a Week!

I was right! My hectic schedule was very, well for a lack of a better work, shitty. Though I did not faint but there were times when I thought ‘hey, if I do faint, at least I’ll be resting then’. *cue laughter*

However, all’s well. I mean, the most hectic week, a.k.a. this week, in my schedule is finally over. I don’t think having two tests next week can be compared to having passed up two assignments, took a test, and present one of my assignments, all in the same week. It just really falters in comparison.

I’m so glad that that is over and done with.

Right now, all I have to do is just focus on studying for my two tests and maybe, just maybe, start doing my revisions for the finals. I really think I should stop doing late midnight, panicky revisions, the night before the paper itself. But I have a feeling that I will do it anyway. I really should be more studious…

New Semester and All

I’ve just started my third semester two weeks ago and I thought that I should update my blog before my life gets hectic (with assignments and presentations) and I get lazy beyond reason.

As it is obvious, if you just scroll down, you'll note that the last time I've updated was around New Year, and given the fact that it’s already March. Hehe.. Well, that’s really got to say something.

I’ve notice something weird about me with new semesters and food. I mean in the previous semester, I had food poisoning, then this semester I fell ill and had a nasty cough (from eating all the junk I did during CNY). Well, I guess that just goes to show I should be more careful with what I eat when I’m starting a new semester. It must the joy/misery that makes me all crazy with food.

Anyway, talking about the new semester, my schedule is so hectic and I’ll be so busy, I feel that I should faint in advance from the exhaustion I would be feeling soon. However, the semester is rather short, so I guess that the stress and workload would be worth it in the end. It better be.

Besides that, this month is March, in other words, the fasting month for me. It’s already been 6 days, 13 days to go. Though it’s been ok, in fact, this year is actually the easiest I’ve had. But I guess there’s no harm in using this opportunity to lose some weight. Muahaha.. It’ll be like killing two birds with one stone.

My 2009

I know that this is kind of late, since 2009 ended like 8 days ago. But I just really felt like writing about it. My thoughts about my 2009.

2009 was a year I officially ended all ties with high school. My life was moving forward, I was moving on to college. I was no longer a girl who was forced to go to school because I had to, instead I was the girl who choose to go to college because I wanted to.

My 2009 was bland, to say the least. I was not like Hallie, who pursued her dreams and achieved it; nor was I like Jes, who had a lot going on with her love life. You can say that I had a very simple year.

Not that I mind. However, I feel like I've not grown up or matured in any way. I'm still that annoying brat to my sister, the little girl to my parents and I still feel the same just as I did in 2008. The childish 17 year old.

It's not that I really want to grow up so fast and not enjoy being as childish as I can before I get old. It's just I feel like I need to grow up. There would be a lot of changes this year, that's a fact, and I want to be mature enough to handle them. Show people (specifically my sister) that I'm not as childish and useless as they think I am.

But I guess there is no forcing things and I would just have to accept things as they come.

Hammies Diaries:
1. Nugget gave birth for the first time to two hamster pup, both boys, on the 3th or 4th December.
2. First one died the next day, while the second one passed away two weeks later, on 17th December.
3. Hammies got frisky and had New Year Babies! Three healthy babies too, it's been only a week but they are fat little things.
4. Hammies seem to love tissue paper a lot, they especailly love shredding it to pieces and they look so cute doing it too.

Lost and Found

This is my guilty yet adorable hamster that ran away yetersday, Nugget. She gave me the fright of my life when I realised that we did not close the balcony door at all and there was a possibility that she would be stupid enough to jump off, which was pretty far from the ground.

Thankfully, she was a smart one and instead opted to hide in the kitchen. She even went as far as pouring out her food supply that she usually stores in her cheek pocket, which indicated that she wanted to live there long term.

But the plan was foiled when I finally captured her, which was no easy feat as she was like a ninja, fast and swift. However, she was no match for me. Muahaha!!

She got a good scolding from my sister in the end while my sister was bathing her. Hillarious, I tell you. I mean, Nugget at first was struggling to get out. That is, until my sister scolded her. After that, she was obediently sitting on my sister's palm, letting her wash her and her ears was slightly lowered, like a puupy that got in trouble.

Ah, so adorable yet so naughty.

Racing Against Time

Time really flies by. I can still clearly remember my semester break, like it was just yesterday. I was lazily lounging on the sofa, watching the television while surfing the net to my heart’s content.

But just in the blink of an eye, I’m already in my fourth week of the semester, have assignments to do, presentations to prepare for and tests to take. Things are piling up and I feel like I’ve done nothing to accomplish such things during the past four weeks.

Besides that, I’ve been put to reality’s mercy and have demons I have to overcome, like most people. It’s just that it must have been decided that I face them this time around.

Ah, life… Can’t you give me a break, even if it’s a mini, tiny break?

To cut? Or not to cut?

That question has been bugging me for some time now, specifically before I started my new semester. I mean, I love having long-but-yet-sort-of-short-ish hair and all.

But I did have long hair for a really long time now and ever since I chopped my hair off in July, I realised having shorter hair is more fun and your head is all light.

And so, today after at least three weeks of contemplation, I finally cut my hair. This time, however, my hair is shorter than the previous cut, though it is still a bob cut. (Kind of reminds me of Victoria Beckham's bob cut)

But I can’t seem to capture a good photo of my new hairstyle. Depressing, isn’t it? So, maybe next time only I’ll post my new look.

Ah, The Anxiety...

In just matter of hours, less than a day long, my results for my previous semester will be announced and I will be truthful, I’m nervous!

Seriously, and when I thought waiting for my SPM results was bad, this is worse! Far worse! This is so much creepier and scarier. I mean, unlike SPM where if I fail my BM, I fail the entire thing. So, just as long as I pass that ONE subject, I’m safe.

My college on the other hand, if I so much as fail one subject, which I pray I don’t, I will have to re-sit my paper (the failed subject). And to add to that, I have to pay extra for re-sitting it. What a total waste of money!

If I want to spend my money, I might as well spend it on clothes. Like the ones where I have set my eyes on but the price is just killing me and forbidding me from owning them like I want to.

However, I guess I’ll be experiencing this crappy feeling of mine for many more times. So, maybe I should just suck it up and bare with it. I think it’ll be over quickly, at least I hope it would.

My New Semester

Today marks the start of the third week since my new semester started and I can say, I think I have a pretty good idea of how my lecturers/tutors are, even if I did miss my first week and only attended my second week since semester started.

Mind you, I did not skip the first week for entertainment purposes, unless you consider hovering over a toilet bowl and hurling the contents of your stomach out over and over as fun, then so be it. I had food poisoning, in case you’re wondering why I puke. So not fun but I lost 3 kg, which is something me, a girl, is glad about but the process (puking) to lose them is so not worth it.

Anyway, today’s classes were pretty boring and I just realised that I have no idea what is going on in my macroeconomics. I mean, it’s macro, so it should be the same like micro, right? Wrong. Macroeconomics is more complicated, weird and involves lots of memorising of formulas. And me no likey such things. I can guess that studying for it when exams comes around would be a pain but I think studying in general should be, so what the heck.

Other than that, my other tutor for my Introduction to Organisation and Management, the one that I presume would replace Mr Johan (My course’s program supervisor. He’s so funny!) whenever he's not around, is a monotone fella that can’t seem to stay still. I mean, he is very thorough, which is good, cause it’s good revision to what I’ve learnt in lectures.

But when you combine his voice and his constant walking around, it spells headache and dizziness for me. I’m the kind of person that prefers to look at the person when they’re speaking, so you can only imagine when I stared at him too long, my head started to hurt. But he’s ok, I guess, as long as I remember to not stare at him too long.

And another thing, when class ended today, it was pouring, which sucked since I was suppose to find my sister across the college from where I was. But in the end, I didn’t have to walk because Win Shen who drove to school today, offered Angela, Charmaine, Jessy and me a ride to where we wanted to go.

Ok, I admit, there might have been some asking (pestering) from our part. But he was cool and agreed, such a gentleman! So, he dropped Jessy and I at where we wanted to go first, which was within college grounds but very, very far from where we were. And after that, I presume he drove Angela and Charmaine home.

I guess you can say that my new semester is starting at a good point.

Blood

Ok, as I said in my previous post, I donated blood last Wednesday. I know, I’m such a procrastinator, it actually took me a week to pass by before I actually wrote this down.

First of all, I found out that my blood type is B. Yippee!! After living 18 years of my life, I finally know my blood type. If I ever come across another question about my blood type, I will now have an answer to it.

Anyway, that is not the main point of me writing this post. I would actually like to show my experience of donating blood instead, since I find it so fascinating.

This was my view from where I was sitting. My leg was hoisted up in the air, to let my blood flow faster back to my body. The pink thing on my leg is the bucket that was used by the nurses to place all the required things for me to donate my blood. You know, like the injection that I need to take before donating my blood and some other stuff that I can’t remember at the moment.

This is my arm, hooked up with the needle. The red tube is my blood flowing to the blood bag(?). I had to hold the grey plastic pipe thingy and squeeze it continuously, effectively acting like a personal blood pump. It actually gets tiring after awhile.

This on the other hand, is my bag of blood. That is 450ml of blood. It’s the normal amount of blood a person donates. Though if you’re too light or due to some other reasons, you‘ll be only required to donate 350ml.

The above one is my hand with a plaster, directly after my hand stop bleeding while the one below is when I’d gotten rid of the plaster. There is one obvious hole on my hand, but if you closely enough, you can see a second mini hole. It kind of reminds me of a vampire bite, though it’s on my arm and not on my neck. Haha..

And this is my certificate and the blood donor book.

Truth be told, I actually nearly fainted after I donated my blood. I didn't get enough rest and I got up too fast. Now that I look back t it, I find it all very amusing. But I don't think I'll be donating my bood again anytime soon. Because I found out that you'll gain double the weight that you lost after donating blood. *Holds and shakes head while screaming 'Nooo!!'*

Now on a totaly random note, this is the random picture that I took when I was bored in English class, on Monday. I look like I'm busy studying and writing down notes, something that is definitely not what I do in class. Haha!!

College, College, College

Seriously, if I knew my life would revolve around college the way it is now (I prefer if my life just revolve around my hammies!!), I would have choose to think twice before actually signing up for it. Though sadly, I would have went to college anyway, since it is after all for my education. Very important.

Anyway, no complains this time. So, no worries. I just wanted to blog that it is confirmed that I passed both my economics and mathematics' coursework. Thank God!!But I have yet to confirm if I passed my other three courseworks. Geez, I don't even know if I should celebrate for passing or continue to worry.

Besides that, I wanted to say that I'll be donating my blood tomorrow. Hehe, wonder how that will go.

Also, I'll definitely blog about my outing with my besties on last Thursday soon. Maybe in a few days, but definitely not now. So many things to type, so lazy to do it.

An Update, Finally!

Ok, I’m going to first start with my birthday celebration. As you should know, this year I turn 18 (exactly two weeks ago), a supposedly very significant birthday. But if you don’t, well you know now.

Though truth be told, even though I’ve turned 18, I don’t feel anything great or significant changing in me, like how I imagined. You know, getting wiser, growing taller (I really want this!!) or some weird crap that comes along with age, as people claims. But nope, nothing, nada, I feel exactly the same as I was the day before my birthday.

But that doesn’t mean my birthday was not fun. Nope, on the contrary, I had a fun birthday. It was spent with family, especially my sister. She tried real hard to make my birthday fun, I mean, with me not being able to see my friends (since we’re all busy dealing with col/uni) and having to deal with crappy college stuff, but rest assured it was a success.

We even went to Sunway (on my birthday itself), just so she could buy me a bag pack that I wanted and needed for college. But I think the best would be the photo frame she gave me. In it, had a collection of my pictures, be it with family or alone. It’s really sweet of her and I thank her.

So, did you read that?? I thank you, Sab.

Anyway, my dad, sister and I spent the night watching Transformers 2, a little family time. Seriously, the only time we can got out and watch a movie my dad is when a Transformer movie comes out. *sighs* Hehe..

Here are the pictures of my presents.

This is the bag. I like it so much. My books feels so much lighter compared to back when I carried them with my side bag.

I thought about putting the photo frame on my blog but I've decided against it after all, since there are some weird, embarrassing pictures amongst them and I can't risk that now, can I? Hehe..

The Rant Begins
Now, on a totally different note, despite having a fun birthday, everything is just wrong now. I’m sick, coughing to be exact. And all of this is because my nephew got sick, then he passed it on to my mum who passed it on to me and I just passed it on to my sister. I know, it sounds like some whacked out and utterly confusing tale, and trust me, it is.

Other than that, I’ve been having another batch of test for the past few days and last week, which totally sucks because I screwed up in some of them. But what is pissing me off the most is that I screwed up in my English role play test. I mean, it’s obvious my teacher doesn’t really like me, what with him ignoring me most of the time when I answer him or ask him things, but him being able to hear everything my classmates say. He has some serious selective hearing, I tell you.

Anyway, the question my group got was like the hardest and weirdest by far and to make matters worse, he had to loudly tell us where we got it wrong. I had the thought of telling him off, what with me being sick already and his loud lecture giving me a headache. But I thought better of it and decided to let it go, he’s not worth my almost non-existent voice. Still, I’m not pleased with the fact that because of this, my coursework will be lower than I would have like it to be. Urgh!!
Ranting Ends

Last night I slept for twelve hours straight before I woke up, something that have never happen to me ever since I enter college. Damn, it felt so nice to be able to sleep like that. I have no idea what made me went and apply for college. Oh right, my education. Dang it! Hehe..

Anyway, I’ll be going out with Hallie and Aiza tomorrow. FINALLY!!! Some time with my favourites!! Definitely something to look forward for.

P.S. Bear in mind, I wrote this under the influence of coughing and being sick. So, if this seems cluttered, that is exactly how my mind is at the moment. Hehe..

My Guilty Indulgence

On Thursday, after my lecture, my sister and I decided to go to One Utama for a little R&R. I mean, it’s only fair, since college take up so much of our life.

Anyway, we had our lunch at New York New York Deli since we rush over to 1U and didn’t even bother to eat lunch first. All I can say is that lunch was amazing. I cannot really remember the names of what I ate. But I did took pictures of it.

So, enjoy looking at the delicious food I ate.

Ooh.. This is the drink I ordered, something velvet or along this line, not too sure. It’s chocolate with strawberry. The taste mixed together is so delicious. It kind of reminded me of chocolate and strawberry ice cream but better.

This is the soup I ordered. It’s mushroom soup but with a pinch of cappuccino. Damn, I have to say this is the best mushroom soup I’ve ever had in my life so far. And I like drinking mushroom soup a lot, so that itself is a statement. The soup was creamy, just the right amount of creamy, unlike others where it’s too creamy and slightly disgusting or too watery and unsatisfying. The best.

For my main course, I ordered spaghetti aglio oglio. I cannot remember the rest of the name. I normally don’t like eating anything with cili padi in it as I’m terrible at eating spicy stuff. But it was surprisingly just nice, it wasn’t too spicy and I really enjoyed eating it.

This is what my sister ordered. I stole a bit. It’s really nice, all the taste blended really nice together, though I have to say that the bread is a little dry if you managed to finish the ham and all the other ingredients in between first.

Other than that, I got myself a new hammy that very day. A boy. We got it from the pet shop near NewYork New York Deli. The people there are really professional. They asked which gender we wanted and really thoroughly checked to make sure. Unlike my previous 6 hamster, this is one we were extremely confirm of its gender, since the person who sold it to us could tell the gender. So shock. Will definitely be buying any new hammies (though I hope only in a year or so before that happens) there.

Anyway, my new hammy’s name is Nugget Wong Bao Bao. It’s still quite young. Really adorable. Feisty and a runner too. Cannot wait to find out more about its quirkiness. Thankfully, it’s bonding well with my old hammy. What a relief!

Here’s a picture of Nugget.

Also, last but not least, I cut my hair short today. As in chopped off more than half of my hair today. It's just touching my shoulder now. My head feels lighter now, since I've less dead weight(hair) on me. But I guess it would be more bearable now, what with the hot weather and whatnots.

Will post a picture of me with short hair soon. Still don't really have any idea how to style it and make it look nice. So, till then.

Stupidity

Ever heard of the saying, that going to college/university makes you smarter? Well, I kind of disagree with that statement. Because if there’s anything the college is making me, it is making me stupid.

I am not even kidding. I mean, I used to ‘lack some common sense’, as my sister would put it. But I’ve notice nowadays, it’s like I don’t even have common sense anymore. Yeah sure, I do not bad academically, scoring slightly above average marks. However, I’m getting more blur as days goes by.

Just today, I've just passed up my assignment (group work). I was in charge of typing everything and I've just realize that I made this puny, stupid, oh-dear-God-am-I-dumb mistake, that can very well decrease the marks. My friends are trying to get the assignment back (since we pass up one day earlier) and hopefully I can fix the mistake. God, if you love me enough, let us get the darn assignment back.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m so tired half the time I’m awake that my common sense are failing, or because my brain is now used to fill up a bunch of nonsensical crap that will be of use to me in the far future that there is no space left for common sense.

Either way, I need a break from college. Time is moving too fast and I somehow wish that I’m still in high school, counting the minutes till school is over, instead of counting the days till my final exams in college. But life goes on, I guess.

Unbelieveable

That is what I'm feeling right now. I'm feeling unbelievebaly blur, unbelievebly tired and most importantly, unbelieveably dumb. Ok, so the blur and tired part is more like a daily thing I feel but I don't normally feel dumb. You know, the whole me being a narcisist and narcisist never thinks badly of themselves.

However, this time I have a very valid reason to feel dumb. And it is because I somehow managed to oversleep and missed my oh so important tutorial when it is at 11.30am, a considerably late class I have when compared to the previous two HECTIC days.

But before you think I'm insane or whack! for having a need to write a blogpost just because I missed ONE tutorial. The truth is, this is the SECOND time I missed this tutorial or any tutorial for the matter of fact. The first time was because I was not feeling well. So, I skipped it and stayed at home to rest. I felt better the next day but I didn't went to a doctor. Hence, I have no MC. So, it's considered that I 'ponteng' class.

I wouldn't be this frustrated if it's not because of the college rule that a student cannot miss more than THREE tutorials of one subject, or they would get barred from the final exam. Hence, where my frustration lies. So, from now on, I cannot miss this tutorial anymore or I'm doom.

Also, it's unfair that the reason I would oversleep is because I was up studying till the middle of the night. Why? Because my teacher have this sort of sadistic behaviour where he has to call each student of his and ask us questions. Sure it makes us remeber what he's teaching better, since we're all scared shitless and hanging on to everything he's taught us, so we won't get screwed over when he's asking us a question. It sure doesn't help that he's fierce looking and makes really lame jokes at really unsuitable moments. URGH!!! So unfair!!!

Anyway, I got to go and do my assignments. Whoever said that you get a life after you enter college is so wrong. I'm so busy nowadays, I'm beginning to wonder if I even have a life outside of college.

Another hamster gone...

Melon Wong Lan Fan. This is the fifth hamster of that left us. After having him for 52 days, due to unknown circumstances, he died. He was sick for a day or two, but I believed that he was going to pull through it, unfortunately I was wrong.

He is the first male hamster of mine to pass away, the fourth to die and the fifth to leave us (one of my hamster managed to run away when we were moving). I'll always remember you Melon Wong Lan Fan.

Pictures in memory of Melon.

This is a cute picture of the two pigs, when Melon was still healthy and biting.

The last picture of them together, Melon(on the left) was already sick for a day.

The last picture of Melon.

So Adorable!!

If you came to my blog, when you saw the name of my post, thinking that what I’ll be showing you is a cute or handsome guy, I’m sorry to say that you won’t find it here. Mainly because cute guys seem to be a rare kind in my generation. I mean, when you see cute guys around (if you’re lucky enough because cute guys are beginning to become extinct too), they are never my age. I mean, come on! What is with the lack of cute guys in my generation??

Anyway.

Back to the main point of my post, which is not about guys, but about a stapler. Yes, you read that right , people. I wrote a blog post about a stapler and not any stapler, but a really adorable stapler. If you don’t believe me, see these two pictures and you’ll understand.

It’s so cute!! Isn’t it??

PS: Yes, from this post, you can probably conclude just how much I would do (like write a post dedicating to a really cute stapler) just to avoid studying and how much going to college fried my brain. And they said that college is suppose to make you smart. Pfft!!!

My Extremely Long Babble!!

(Read at own risk!! Don't say that I didn't warn you that it's a LONG babble!!)

Ok. I’ve been in college for four weeks now (orientation week does not count) and I have to say that I’ve gotten quite used to the whole idea of college and am not as freaked out as I was before.

But seriously, let’s be honest, it was not easy getting used to it. I had so much to go through before the whole idea didn’t seem as absurd as I thought it was before. For the first whole week, I was so dependent on my sister, I have to really thank her for not ditching me then, though now she gets to tell all her friends what a spoilt brat I am and bad mouths me whenever she get the chance. However, seeing as she did help me and stuck with me through it all, I’ll be the bigger person and forgive her. Hehe..

Though I think I can consider myself quite lucky as I managed to find a bunch of friends that I would always hang out with when in college, somewhere around the second week (when tutorials began). I was so scared that with my awkwardness around strangers, my incredible bitchy, stuck up looking face and pissed off aura (due to lack of sleep) would scare people away. Yeah sure, it was still a little awkward in the beginning but it all got better in a few days. Us, girls and our need to gossip cured the whole thing. Haha..

[You must now be thinking that how on earth, with my interesting personality, can I be shy and awkward around people? Ah-Ha!! This is where you’re wrong. Even with my wacky personality, I’m terrible at meeting new people. It is unfortunately a flaw in my program. But rest assured, it’s the only flaw I have. Haha..]

About my tutorial group, my course is divided into three tutorial groups and I’m in the first group, just like my friends. In the beginning (like the first two weeks of tutorials), I can honestly tell you that my impression on my group was not pretty. I thought that we were all a bunch of stuck up beings, unable to show any hint of emotions. After two weeks of classes together, you kind of would think that we mix around and make new friends.

But nope, no such thing. We all didn’t bother to walk out of our own ‘cliques’ (if you really want a name to call it), all of us just went our own separate way, doing our own thing. And the thing is, I noticed that only the people in my group were like that, I noticed that the other groups got along just well on their first week of tutorials alone.

However, now that it’s been four weeks, I can officially say that my first impression on my group was totally wrong. I’ve never felt so relieved to be wrong before in my life. I mean, I’m going to have to spend my next 2 or 4 years with them. So, the nicer they are, the better my college life will be.

Really, it just turns out that we all were so awkward and not used with each other, that in a way, our instincts just kicked in. In other words, we were just so shy, nervous and being extra cautious that it made us seemed like emotionless, stuck up people (in my opinion). Tutorials are more fun nowadays, we all are visibly more comfortable with one another now and the class does not seem as divided as it was before.

Also, I’m taking accounts this semester and I have to say that I have never come across a more complicating and confusing subject ever. This totally beats physics, the subject that used to hold the number one position in my list of complicating/confusing subjects before it got kicked down to number two by accounts. I have other tough subjects too but accounts have evidently been my suckiest one ever. (I’ll do my best to not fail anything!!)

Seriously, I now have this whole newfound respect for accountants. I always thought that their job was boring and draggy. But with all the difficulties they have to face just to do their job, I am grateful for the people who does accounts. Because it’s evident that I’ll never do my own taxes when I grow up, I’ll hire an accountant for that.

Besides that, I’ll let you in on a secret, out of 5 of my lecturers, 3 of them are a little on the insane side. College is really like high school, in my opinion. [The difference being that we get to wear casual clothes to college while we have to wear a hideous piece of cloth, the government calls uniform to school.] So, I guess crazy teachers are necessary to complete the whole thing.

I guess you can say that I’m coping with college pretty ok now. It’s fun at times and tiring most of the times.

OMG!!!!

This OMG!!!! is dedicated to the fact that I have not updated my blog in roughly 3 weeks. I've been an irresponsible person and neglected my poor, poor blog, which I think is probably dying due to the lack of updates.

Other than that, this OMG!!!! is also dedicated to the fact that when I came home, I found a bird poo on the floor near the balcony. And this can only mean ONE thing, a bird flew into my house, did it's business and flew out again. That good for nothing bird.. What does it think my house is? A toilet? When I get my hands on it, I'll... Let's just leave the threat as that. Muahahahaha!! (No bird will be harmed in the process as I highly doubt the bird will willingly fly in again seeing as we'll keep all the windows and doors closed.)

Also, another shocking OMG!!!! worthy fact. My two baby girl hamsters turns out to be BOYS!! That's right, people. My baby girls turned into baby boys. But no, before you start blaming me for being a lousy owner for not being able to identify their gender, I'll have to tell you that the male sexual organ takes at least two months or so before you are able to see it. So, unless I had amazingly beyond normal human beings eyesight (which I definitely don't -I'm wearing glasses-, I don't even have good normal human eyesight), I couldn't have tell the difference.

Anyway, I promise to update my blog soon. Note the keyword: soon. So, keep an eye as I'll be BACK!! Hehe..

The End Of My Freedom

That’s right. On last Monday, I lost my freedom. But before you go and think up of nonsensical crap like I’m getting married(Pfft!!! I like to see that day) or dying(CHOI!! Touch wood!!), I would like to clarify my version of freedom. And that is the freedom to do nothing but laze around, the freedom to watch tv all day with no regrets, the freedom to sleep at the time no normal person should be awake and the freedom to wake up well into the afternoon.

In other words, I’m going to go to college. A dreadful thing, don’t you think?

I’ve been going to college for the past week now, for my orientation week. And if I have to say that I’m a little freaked out, that would be an understatement, because I’m VERY freaked out. Maybe it’s because I’ve not been in a school for half a year now –taking the SPM results does not count– or maybe because I’ve not been that socially active since school(besides meeting my bestie from time to time) and now being thrown into a place where I have to make friends freaks me out a little. Either way, I’m freaked.

But my sister has continuously told me that it will all be better soon. It’s a phase most people go through and that she had it worse than me, which is unfortunately, undoubtedly true. So, I guess if she can do it, why can’t I?

But I guess I should set up some rules for myself for college.

Here it goes:
1. No skipping class as I like. There are grave consequences to pay. Must remember that!!!
2. Have a more normal sleeping habit.
3. Practice my miserable Chinese. Don’t let all the crap that I went through just to study Chinese go to waste.
4. Be more hardworking and stop procrastinating!!! Very important!!!

Yup, I guess that’s it. I cannot think of anything else. Well, if there is anything else, I’ll just add it in later. Though I highly doubt it.
